windows vista highpoint 372 raid controller

Windows Vista and Highpoint 372 Raid controller

All,
I am trying to install Windows Vista and have a highpoint 372 raid controller. When the installation gets to the point of selecting where I would like to install it no drives are displayed. I am guessing I need a driver but where can I get this from?
Thanks
msuk

Hi,
I have checked highpoint and soyo and they dont have a driver, but with a previous version of Longhorn I was able to install it without the need of these drivers.
Thanks

did you press f6 at the start of the install to load the drivers from a floppy for the install, and did you boot into the raid controller first to clear the disk data and rebuild the raid????
put the lime in the coconut and call me in the morning

Thanks Msuk

Hi,
I have installed the integrated raid controller on my Asus P4C800 Deluxe (Promise FastTrak) with the XP drivers. The only problem was that all the files must be at the root of the FD.
Notes for MS: 1.- Why can I browse instead of (or in addition to) the automatic search ? 2.- If browsing is not possible at this point, I think that the automatic search would be recursive :)
